I have tweaked several cold noodles recipes available online to make it taste like the one available at Schiuan gourmet!
Add less chilli oil if you want it to be less spicy!

Ingredients
Egg noodles/rice noodles
Toasted sesame seeds
Crushed peanuts
Schiuan peppercorns
Chilli oil
Sesame oil
Chinkiang/Zhenjiang vinegar (chinese black vinegar)
Soy sauce
Salt
Sugar
4 sprigs scallions
4 cloves of garlic
Parsley for garnish
