BURN UP TO 350 CALORIES LIKE ME, Sydney Cummings, in this 30 Minute Ab Workout! We are going to crush your abs using interval style training working for 40 seconds and resting for 20 seconds throughout the workout!
There is no equipment required, and this workout is for all levels from advanced to beginner! I provide modifications and options to advance the exercises as well! We will go through 3 exercises at a time in circuit style working for 40 seconds and resting for 20 seconds.
We will complete 3 rounds of each circuit before moving on to the next circuit!
I am taking you through exercises to hit all 4 main ab muscles to really feel the burn! We will hit the transverse abdominis, the rectus abdominis, the obliques ( love handles ), and the lower back as well to target the entire core!
If you need a modification, slow the movement down, but don’t stop! The best part of this workout is that we keep the same work and rest ratio throughout the whole workout! This one is going to burn so good! Above all- DON’T QUIT!
