5 AIP Chicken Marinades – prep 5 nights’ worth of meals for the Autoimmune Protocol in less than 30 minutes (and you can still do this when you’re feeling really tired or sick)
In this video, I show you how to put together 5 packets of chicken with different marinades – a Lemon Ginger, Cilantro Lime, Italian, Honey Garlic, and Greek marinade. You can then either eat one of these for dinner tonight or freeze for a later time and then grill or cook in the oven.
I use commonly found dried spices, oils, etc so that this process is easy every step of the way.
