Chicken Karahi is famous street food in karachi Pakistan. This dish with little modification is made in India too. In India it is also called kadai chicken. Pakistani version
dont have onion or capsicum.
The chicken is first deep fried in cooking oil then salt and ginger garlic paste is added. remove the excess oil from chicken. But leave oil liberally. Then add green chili
followed by tomato. Once tomato cooked remove the tomato skin. Then add the spices like cumin powder, black and green cardamom, black and white pepper, coriander powder, red
chili etc. Than add curd. Finally add coriander leaves.
