Instant Pot Butter Chicken in under 30 minutes!

Instant Pot Butter Chicken is perfect for a weeknight meal, I could literally drink the sauce….trust me…it’s THAT good!
🍛Instant Pot Butter Chicken🍛

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp garam masala(divided)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp minced ginger
6 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 stick butter (cubed)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Combine diced tomatoes, cumin, 1 tsp of garam masala, paprika, turmeric, salt, and cayenne. Stir well and place chicken on top. Cool on high manual pressure for 10 minutes and allow for natural release(took about 12 minutes.) remove chicken and cut into bite sized chunks. With an immersion blender, blend the sauce to make smooth. Add in butter, cilantro, heavy cream, and remaining tsp of garam masala. Stir well and add chicken back in. Serve over rice and enjoy!
