Quick & Easy Chia Pudding Recipe | Vegan Desserts | Lazy Cooking with Kym

Lazy Cooking with Kym shares recipes that have minimal ingredients, short prep times, and simple cooking methods!

In this video, I show you how crazy easy it is to create chia pudding. You can make it ahead for the week or if you’ve got a hankering for dessert, it only takes minutes to prepare. The “downside” is, you’ll have to wait at least 30 minutes for it to finish in the refrigerator.

INGREDIENTS:

1 x Can of Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Sweetener of your choice

Optional:

2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:

Blend 1 can of coconut milk, 1/2 can of water, and your sweetener. Once blended, whisk in your chia seeds. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to overnight. Enjoy!
