Shrimp Kielbasa Veggie Bowl (Low Carb – KETO Friendly) EASY!

Shrimp Kielbasa Veggie Bowl

Ingredients:
2 Tbs Olive Oil
2 Tbs minced garlic
1 bag wild caught tailed and peeled raw Shrimp
1 package of Polish Pork Kielbasa Sausage (no sugar added) sliced
3 medium zucchini
1/2 cups raw organic white mushrooms
1 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
1 stalk of diced green onion
1 Tbs Red Pepper
1 Tsp parsley
1 Tbs Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cauliflower Rice or regular rice of your choice

Directions:
In a skillet on medium heat, add olive oil, and garlic. Then add defrosted, drained raw shrimp and sliced Kielbasa sausage. Cover for 2-5 minutes until brown on both sides. Once it is 3/4 cooked add in zucchini and mushrooms. Cover and cook another 3 to 5 minutes until steamed to your liking. Add in tomato, onion, green onion and seasoning. Simmer for another 5 to 10 min until done. Season to taste. Pour over cauliflower rice or rice of your choice and dinner is ready!
